As we watch our clients grow healthier and more independent, we know that it would not be possible without the generosity you show each time you provide a gift for those in need. Thank you for your support.
All contributions can be made in honor or memory of loved ones. In memory gifts are a wonderful way to remember friends and family. In honor gifts are a creative means to celebrate a birthday, personal accomplishment or just to say, “I’m thinking of you.” To donate online, by mail or phone, just follow the instructions listed below. Remember to include names and addresses of individuals who you would like to be notified of your donation.

Matching Gifts
Corporate matching gifts are an important source of funds. If you work with a company that has a matching gift program, remember to include an appropriate form with your contribution. If you’re unsure of your company’s policy, ask. In many cases, you can double your donation with just one phone call.
