A letter from a Former client

To Whom it May Concern,
As a client and a person I feel that recognition and thanks should be given when there is a job well done. I also feel that it's not heard enough when someone does a great job and I am firm believer of letting people know when a person does their job.
I would like to take a few moments to recognize some outstanding people. A team of people who showed me they care about me. These people have done so much for me and I appreciate it and thank them very much. It has been a challenge and they have helped with getting me medical and social services. I have been treated with the utmost respect and dignity. They have proven to me to be responsible and respectful professionals and humans. From the very beginning my experience has been very good with people like the receptionist, doctor, case workers, and nurses.
Integrity definitely showed in the way this team conducted themselves with me.
PSI, Inc. is a great service/organization and i wish you the best. You came highly recommended by (a PSI Client), a personal friend.
